            - reactivate remote control openers deactivated upon the departure of the previous resident/owner

            - selling gate access remote control openers (available at the FSR office for $39 + tax)

o  payment of HOA assessment/dues semi-annually (January and July, or if only one payment is desired, January)

o  payment of HOA assessment/dues by check or on-line through the secure website of the Association’s bank (free for bank-to-bank echecks, $15 for credit card payments)

o  inspection of the subdivision twice a month to ensure no violations of the Springs CCRs are occurring and identified ones have been corrected
