We are all pleased with The Entrance Gate being repaired.    However, one of our remotes lost its signal shortly after the new gate equipment was installed,   Upon a visit with Mike at Procomm @ 300 E. Sonterra Blvd. Ste 300. 78258,  I learned that it was simply off line and Mike rebooted the remote and its working fine now.   It was also brought to my attention that I could have simply given Mike @ Procomm a Phone call and he could have rectified the issue by reading him the serial number on the remote.    Mike also informed me to take special attention to the serial number on the remote which in time possibly wears away.  So make a record of this number,  its on a silver tape attached to the remote with black letters.  Pass this info to your neighbor.   Jesse Ramon.
