i didn't care for speed bumps in the neighborhood about 2 years ago, but have recently changed my mind. There are some residents/visitors that continue to speed over the 14mph speed zone even though they were warned to slow down.
Do you think it would be a good idea to install speed bumps? if so, i would suggest the tall rubber ones that rattle your vehicle, regardless if you are driving at slower speeds.
