I dont believe we have a neighborhood watch organized, instead of trying to organize one why dont we install cameras through out the neighborhood?
Benefits of having cameras:
1. Reduce crime and possilby visitors (exploring cave)
2. Ticket cars that are driving fast in the neighborhood
3. Possibly get a discount with the mgmt company
4. A sense of security when traveling (setup a website were all neighbors will have access)
