The Springs At Stone Oak

Springs Questions

I agree, so lets vote!!!!!

I agree on both issues, because Im tired of my neighbor parking on the side/front of my house and I wouldnt like a renter living next to me....

Can we use a proxy (form) for the next meeting????
CCR Amendment Proposals

Should you or the original author of this issue (David) desire to pursue the possible amendment of our CCRs to restrict on-street parking and/or not allow leased/rental property in the Springs, you should contact any member of the Springs Board of Directors or the Association Manager to identify by name the requesting homeowner(s) and to include your proposal(s) on the agenda for initial presentation at the next Springs Board meeting. The next quarterly Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 7pm, April 17, 2007. The location of the meeting will be announced once the Board selects our new Association Management company in late March.

If either or both of the proposed amendments are allowed by law (i.e., do not violate federal, state, or local laws concerning property restrictions), the proposals could be included for approval/disapproval by the Springs homeowners at the next annual Association meeting, scheduled for January 22, 2008. In accordance with Article XXXVIII, Amendment, of our CCR's, 2/3 of Springs homeowners (58 owners) must approve any amendment to the CCR. Similar to the 2007 Annual General Members Meeting, amendment votes would be accepted from those homeowners physically attending the annual meeting and by their valid proxy.

Have you by chance discussed the irritation you have over your neighbor's parking with your neighbor? That frequently solves such problems without resorting to a more complex solution involving most or all of the homeowners.
